Q.  How many blocks from the beach / boardwalk is the apartment and how many guests can you accomodate?

A.  less than 1/2 a BLOCK to Beach and Boardwalk So close you can hear the ocean! Also, we can accomodate up too and including 12 guests!!! (depending on availability)

Q.  How many people can stay at the apartment?

A.  Up to and including 6 guests per apartment. 1 parking spot per unit!

Q.  Can I rent this house with just a minimum down payment and make payments?

A.  YES! Call or email for details.

Q.  How many beds are in the house/apt?

A.  Each 2 bedroom apartment has a QUEEN size bed in each bedroom.

Q.  Is there air conditioning?

A.  Yes, each unit comes with 1 new window AC unit. Or open the windows and get the ocean breeze!

Q.  What age do I have to be to sign the lease?

A.  At least 18 with proper valid ID.  

Q.  Is there OFF street parking?

A.  YES!  1 Car OFF street parking.

Q.  When can I see the apartment?

A.  House is available for showings in April 2008.

Q.  I live far away, can I reserve this beautiful apartment online?

A.  YES!  A unit is 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and living room and kitchen.

Q.  What about the Seaside Heights NJ Beach?

A.  Seaside Heights Beaches are all public and are open throughout the season! Tenants can access the beach at almost each block and badges can be purchased for the day.

Q.  Besides the beach, what else is there to do in Seaside Heights, NJ?

The Seaside Heights boardwalk is the areas main attraction! During the summer months, everything is open and you can expect many crowds. The boardwalk offers patrons many wheels of chance where you can win prizes ranging from small stuffed animals to TV's, VCR's, concert tickets, bicycles, etc., etc. The boardwalk offers patrons the chance to dine on just about anything with many pizza shops, sausage stands, cotton candy machines, candy apple stands, etc., etc. Seaside Heights Bars and Nightclubs are another HUGE attraction that brings in thousands of vistors to enjoy this unreal night life!!!

Q.  What do I need to bring with me to my scheduled rental?

A.  All you need to bring is...Bed linens, towels, toiletries, black garbage bags (for your garbage), clothes (of course), food, any cleaning supplies you might need (to clean your mess), and your cash security deposit.

Q.  What bar and nightclubs are in the area?

A.  Seaside Heights offers plenty of nightlife, including but not limited too, the Bamboo bar, Club XS, Temptations, Yakety Yak's, Riggers, Wine Cellar, Sawmill, and Klee's.

Q.  What are the prevailing rates?

A.  Prom specials are set at a specified rate and all prom tenants must agree to act as adults! Please call or email for prom rate information.
